Biography
Mr. Dobrowski was until recently the Head of Purchasing and Logistics in Clalit Health Fund (Israel's largest and the world's second largest health organization). He is Head of the Pharmaceutical Administration of the Israeli Ministry of Health, and former Chief Pharmacist of the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces).
