Biography
Dr. Avigdor Shafferman serves as Non-Executive Exeternal Director of BATM Advanced Communications Ltd. Dr. Shafferman holds a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He has served for the past eighteen years as general manager and Head of R&D of a leading governmental applied research institute specializing in the fields of biology, medicinal chemistry and environmental sciences. He was a visiting professor in the University of California, San Diego at the biology department as well as a visiting senior research scientist at various leading research institutions in the United States in various medical areas including vaccines.
