Biography
Michal Silverberg joined Takeda Ventures Inc. in September 2014 as senior director for external innovation, with a primary focus on Israel and Europe. Since 1998, she has held various life sciences roles in entities including the Office of the Chief Scientist of Israel, Ofer Brothers Hi Tech (venture capital), and global pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Prior to joining Takeda, Mrs. Silverberg worked at Novo Nordisk as senior director of business development and new product commercialization. Before this, she held various positions in MGVS, an Israeli biotech company, and subsequently worked at OSI Pharmaceuticals in a business development role. She received her B.A. in Economics and Business Management from Haifa University, an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University, and an M.A. in Biotechnology from Columbia University.
