Biography
Mr. Azriel is a seasoned lawyer with wide-ranging expertise in management and optimization of large-scale organizations. He served as the General Manager of the National Insurance Institute of Israel (NII), was a partner in Glass, Feinstein and Azriel law firm, the owner of his own law firm, and the Head of the municipality of Mevaseret Tzion. As Head of the NII, he installed and implemented a variety of bills as well as implementing the tax collection system, and a reform in the administrational system. As the Head of a municipality, he led a complex reform and promoted plans for large industrial zones and residential areas. He also served as a director in public and private companies. Mr. Azriel earned an LLB degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
