Biography
Mr. Hanley has served as a member of our Board of Directors since February, 2015. He is the Co-Founder and current Chief Executive Officer of MediBeacon Inc., a medical device and pharmaceutical company based in St Louis. Mr. Hanley is an experienced global business leader, having spent nearly 18 years with the Covidien family of companies, most recently as President of Covidien plc’s Imaging Solutions Business Unit. He is the Chairman of the Board of Managers for Daya CNS LLC, based in St Louis, Missouri. In addition, Mr. Hanley is currently on the Advisory Board for Kogent Surgical LLC. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration from Marquette University
