Biography
Mr. Yanai has served as a member of our Board of Directors since March, 2015. He has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Given Imaging Ltd., Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Koor Industries Ltd., Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NICE Systems Ltd., and as the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Elscint Ltd. He serves a Director of Mazor Robotics Ltd., Medical Compression Systems (D.B.N) Ltd., Standard & Poor’s Maalot, CompuLab Ltd., Efranat Ltd., and Hadassah Medical Organization. Mr. Yanai also serves as the Chairman of the Israeli Fund for UNICEF. Mr. Yanai holds a B.Sc. degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
