Biography
Prof. Allanore is Professor of Rheumatology in Paris Descartes University with a broad background in autoimmune diseases and systemic sclerosis (SSc) in particular. Prof. Allanore reasearch includes clinical aspects of SSc with particular interest in the cardiovascular complications and biomarkers. In addition, Prof. Allanore is the head of a research team at Cochin Institute working on immunogenetics in SSc. He is involved in several international bodies and networks and hashave been elected in 2016 as the Chairman of the European network working on SSc (EUSTAR).
