Biography
Ms. Katz joined Chiasma in 2008 as Director Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs, both areas where Ms. Katz has extensive experience. Prior to Chiasma she established and managed several QA and RA positions with increasing responsibilities at Beta-O2 Technologies Ltd., Proneuron Biotechnologies Ltd., Bio-Technology General (Israel) Ltd. and BioReliance (US). Ms. Katz was responsible for establishing and maintaining Quality Systems in compliance with GMP regulations and leading preparation and submission of IND filings, Orphan Drug applications, and communications with Regulatory Authorities in Israel and in the US. Ms. Katz holds an MSc in Cell Biology and Immunology, Magna Cum Laude, and a BSc in Life Science from the Faculty of Life Sciences, Tel Aviv University, Israel. Print
