Ephraim Goldenberg

Biography

Mr. Ephraim Goldenberg graduated from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology with a degree in Physics and is currently Corephotonics’ Chief Scientist. He has amassed 30 years of experience as a leading researcher and inventor in various fields while at numerous companies and institutions, including EDOF and high distortion zoom lenses at Tessera, dispersion compensation and fast switching in fiber optics at Civcom, flame and gas optical detectors at Spectronics, extremely small industrial CO2 lasers at Alomor and hollow fibers for medical CO2 lasers at Tel Aviv University. Ephraim is the inventor of registered patents in most of those fields, and he brings with him a large knowledge base that, among other things, he uses to distinguish between what technologies are and are not feasible and to problem-solve in research and development.
