Biography
Mr. Uri Darvish has a BA in accounting as well as an MBA and is a qualified CPA. Prior to joining Corephotonics, Uri served as VP Finance of Tessera Israel, a company engaged in extended depth-of-field product introduction and large scale IP licensing to tier 1 customers. Before that, Uri was CFO of AXISMOBILE PLC, a consumer mobile email company traded on the AIM, which was acquired by Synchronica PLC; and CFO of Civcom Inc., an optical communication company engaged in the development, manufacturing and sale of 10/40 Gbps transponders, which was acquired by PADTEC SA. Uri brings more than 18 years of experience in financial leadership of hi-tech companies both public and private, with extensive experience in investor relations, fundraising, international activity and M&As.
