Biography
Ms. Scialom has more than 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. Her career includes acting as the CEO of Pollogen Ltd. and turning it into a profitable enterprise by doubling its sales. Formerly, Ms. Scialom served as the VP of Sales & Marketing at UltraShape Ltd., where she drove sales from $0 to ~$50MM in under 3 years. Prior to UltraShape Ltd., Ms. Scialom acted as the General Manager of Sunlight Medical Europe and established the company as a market leader in Europe. Ms. Scialom has proven success in launching new technologies, creating new markets, leading business development and top line sales growth. Ms. Scialom holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University.
