Biography
Dr. Weingarten holds a Ph.D. in Plasma Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot, Israel, where he gained substantial experience with vacuum and detection systems. Dr. Weingarten worked as an R&D Project Manager at Nova Measurement Instruments Ltd.—a manufacturer of semiconductor metrology systems; as an R&D Systems Engineer in Orbotech’s PCB Division and as a Product Manager at Hewlett-Packard. Dr. Weingarten joined El-Mul in February 2011.
