Biography
Mr. Kagan joined El-Mul in 2011 and serves as Engineering Manager. He brings more than 10 years of experience from Applied Materials where he served as an R&D Mechanical Engineer, specializing in design of High Vacuum and High Voltage systems, and from Brightsource Solar Industries where he served as a Project Manager, specializing in IR Cameras and other equipment for solar fields. Mr. Kagan holds a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Riga University (Latvia).
