Biography
Ahuva has created a highly esteemed, full-service, clinical research organization for international and local pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Under Ms. Koren’s leadership, GCP Company has grown from a company focusing primarily on education to a key CRO, providing services to major global clients. The concept of providing internationally recognized training and certification in Israel is the brainchild of Ahuva Koren. Ms. Koren is in the clinical research arena since 1993 and is highly experienced. A biology graduate of Tel-Aviv University, Ahuva Koren became the first Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in the medical department at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS), Israel. During her 9 years working at BMS, Ms. Koren was promoted from CRA to Clinical Scientist, Senior Clinical Scientist and Clinical Trials Manager. Ahuva Koren is a Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) and Certified Clinical Research Trainer (CCRT), accredited by ACRP since 2002.
