Biography
Mr. Yanai served from 2005 through 2014, as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Given Imaging Ltd. and led its acquisition by Covidien for 860m$. From 2000 through 2005 he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Koor Industries Ltd., one of Israel’s largest holding companies. Prior to that, Mr.Yanai was involved in different management positions at NICE Systems Ltd. and Elscint Ltd. Mr. Yanai held board position at Citycon Oj, Starplast Industries Ltd., Adama Ltd. (formerly Makteshim-Agan Industries Ltd.), ECI Telecom Ltd., Equity One, Inc., BVR Systems Ltd., Tadiran Communication Ltd., The Elisra Group and Telrad Networks Ltd. Mr. Yanai holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University.
