Biography
Dafna is a researcher and developer at the IBM Research Laboratory in Haifa, Israel. She is a member of the Information and Interaction Technologies department, focusing on Information Retrieval Systems. These combine large scale text analytics with indexing and search technologies and systems. Dafna directly contributed to several IBM information management products. She also contributed to Watson for Jeopardy. Dafna served as the Technical Assistant to the Lab Director in 2002, assisting the technical management of research projects.
