Biography

I work as a researcher in IBM Research. My work touches various aspects of cloud computing: storage clouds, big data analytics and security aspects of clouds. I contribute code to various open source projects, like OpenStack Swift, Apache Spark, Apache Hadoop, Tachyon-FS, CouchDB. I have more than 20 years of experience as a developer, in server side and client side, know Java, Python, Scala, C/C++, Erlang I am very experienced with storage clouds, WEB technologies, data reduction techniques, relational and non-relational databases. Have good experience with external indexes, like Apache Lucene, Solr, Elastic Search. I work as a researcher in IBM Research.
