Biography
I am a research staff member at the Analytics Department HRL. Before joining IBM I worked at Parasight, a small startup company that develops a device for automatically identifying the Malaria parasite in blood samples, and before that I worked at Mobileye, a large startup company that develops machine-vision technology for the automotive industry. Before working in a real job I was a post doc. at the Weizmann Institute's department of molecular biology, and before that I studied Mathematics and Computer Science at the Hebrew University, where I received my PhD in 2004. I have interest and some experience in the following fields: Combinatorics (esp. graph theory), Complexity, Machine Learning, Machine Vision, Image Processing, NLP, Computational Biology and Systems Biology.
