Biography

I'm a data scientist and a research team leader at the IBM Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) in Beer Sheva, Israel. IBM’s CCoE is a relatively small but influential team of security researchers with strong academic and industrial background, dedicated to solving hard security problems that are at the forefront of the industry. My research focus is behavioral biometrics, which means the unique way of the user to interact with the digital system. It can be through desktops, laptops, mobile devices and even IOTs. * M.Sc. in Information System Engineering, Ben-Gurion University, Israel. My thesis addressed the Mobile Location Prediction problem using Artificial Intelligence. I focused on defining the Radius Prediction problem attacking it from four different angles. Eventually presenting an ensemble of algorithms based on Machine Learning and heuristic search that significantly improved the previously used fixed-radius approach. * B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Ben-Gurion University, Israel. My final project dealt with smartphone motion sensors and how they can be used for predicting analytics. We showed how this vast and noisy raw data can be cleaned, reduced and produce meaningful features as an input for various machine learning algorithms. Demonstrating it on concluding users demographic attributes through dedicated SDK that can be added to any app. I'm a data scientist and a research team leader at the IBM Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) in Beer Sheva, Israel.
