Biography
Mr. Schlessman joined ICL in 2003 and is now Global CFO of ICL-PP as well as for the ICL-Group North America companies. He has over 25 years experience in senior financial and general management positions, including 14 years with Cooper Industries and recently as CFO of Belden Inc. In addition to an extensive financial background, he has also managed IT, strategic sourcing and business planning. He is a CPA and holds a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University as well as an MBA from The University of Toledo. Mr. Schlessman also has oversight responsibility for the IT functions of ICL-PP Americas.
