Biography
Mr. Wegrzyn joined IDE in 2011 as VP of Organizational Resources. He has broad experience in all aspects of company resources, and manages the IT, Human Resources, Facilities, Documentation and IP, as well as Organization and Methods departments. In his last position prior to IDE he held a similar position with Israel's largest steel producer, where he was also responsible for procurement. Mr. Wegrzyn brings to the table more than 25 years of senior management experience in both hi-tech and industry, with particular expertise in the management of human resources and facilities. Mr. Wegrzyn holds a BA in Social Sciences from Tel Aviv University.
