Biography
Bill is a results-oriented financial executive with more than 35 years of financial, operational, and legal experience at private and public companies. He has a long track record of business successes, exceptional negotiation skills, and a broad base of financial/operational/legal talents, spanning several industries, including software, medical devices, and internet based enterprises. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with majors in Accounting, Finance and Information Technology and a J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of Pennsylvania State University with a concentration in Corporate Law.
