Biography
Ms. Mary Tedd Allen is Senior Vice President - Operations of the company. She has more than 25 years of experience managing product development and manufacturing groups for both biotech and semiconductor applications. Dr. Allen has served as Vice President, Operations since early 2016, and she previously served as Vice President of Manufacturing since joining the Company in 2007. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Allen served as the Director of Research and Programs at the Washington Technology Center, Washington state’s non-profit technology-based economic development enterprise, from February 2006 to February 2007. Before joining the Washington Technology Center, Dr. Allen was Vice President of the Advanced Manufacturing and Development group at Applied Biosystems, a publicly-traded biotechnology Company acquired by Invitrogen in November 2008 to form Life Technologies, from February 2002 to August 2005. She received a B.A. in Chemistry from Mount Holyoke College and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Rochester.
