Shlomi Cohen

Biography

Mr. Shlomi Cohen, has been appointed to CFO of Lumenis in November 2015, after serving as Lumenis’ Director of Finance and Operations for the EMEA region since June 2014. Prior to joining Lumenis and during 2011 to 2014, Shlomi served as Chief Financial Officer at Emblaze (LSE: BLZ), a global group of companies with a wide range of technology, software solutions, and services. Prior thereto, from to 2008 to 2010, he served as the Corporate Controller at Emblaze and Formula Systems (NASDAQ: FORTY), and as a Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers from 2005 to 2008. Shlomi holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from Tel-Aviv University, and is a certified public accountant in Israel.
