Biography

Maya Liquornik is a founding member of Meitar Liquornik Geva Leshem Tal, Israel’s largest and leading international law firm. Currently she is of counsel to the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group. Maya represents corporations in a broad range of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity financings, venture capital, information and communications technology transactions, outsourcing and advisory work. Maya has substantial experience in structuring and negotiating complex cross border technology and outsourcing transactions. Her practice focuses on representing large publicly traded corporations, technology companies in various stages of development, venture capital and private equity funds and other corporate and investment banking clients. Prior to joining Meitar, Maya was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York.
