Biography
Dr. Goshen is a seasoned medical & product director with wide experience in medical device development and leadership of product development and research projects. Before joining Medasense, Gal led and participated in numerous projects related to medical data analytics and decision support systems in major companies such as Philips Medical, Medtronic, Covidien, etc. specializing in Pathology, Orthopedics, Radiology and Cardiology. During his service as an IDF Medical Officer, he gained experience in general practice as well as emergency and combat medicine in the field. Gal holds a Ph.D. in medical and computer science from the Hebrew University and the Technion and an MBA from the Technion with focus on global entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology management. His Ph.D. research focused on biomedical image analysis, clinical and decision support systems for clinical Pathology
