Biography
Soliman Khatib is, now, a Research Associate in the Laboratory of Oxidative Stress, Migal-Galilee Research Institute and a Senior Lecturer, Department of Biotechnology, Tel-Hai Academic Collage. He achieved a Doctor’s degree (PhD) through a direct PhD program from the Technion Institute, in Natural Science, Chemistry during 1996-2000. He did his BSc from the Ben-Gurion University, in Natural Science, Chemistry during1993-1995. His research focuses on understanding the relationship between oxidative stress and diseases related to oxidative stress to identify Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) as early biomarkers of Parkinson and other neurodegenerative diseases.
