James Fairbairn

Biography

Mr. James N. Fairbairn is Independent Director of Kitrinor Metals Inc. He has more than 20 years experience with publicly-traded companies. He is a Chartered Accountant, having obtained his CA designation in 1987 and an Institute-certified Director. Mr. Fairbairn holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Fairbairn’s experience touches on corporate governance and financial reporting with respect to junior mining exploration companies. He is an officer of CGX Energy Inc. and Mag Copper Inc. and a Director of Canada Lithium Corp., Crown Gold Corporation, Schyan Exploration Inc. and Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc until June 2012. Mr. Fairbairn’s principal occupation during the preceding five years has been acting as accountant, officer and director of several publicly traded companies.
