Biography
Mr. David Federman serves as Vice Chairman of the Board and Director at Oil Refineries Ltd. since February 4, 2015. He is the chairman of the Commerce and Hedge committees and member of the Finance and Investments committees. His work experience includes the following roles: Chairman of the Board at the Company (October 24, 2013-February 4, 2015), Director at the Company (June 7, 2009-October 24, 2013), Active Chairman of the Board at Carmel Olefins (subsidiary; 2015) and Director at various additional companies. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
