Yossi Maimon

Biography

 Yossi Maimon, CPA, joined Protalix Ltd. in 2006 as its Chief Financial Officer and became our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2006.  Prior to joining Protalix, from 2002 to 2006, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Colbar LifeScience Ltd., or Colbar, a biomaterial company focusing on aesthetics, where he led all of the corporate finance activities, fund raisings and legal aspects of Colbar including the sale of Colbar to Johnson and Johnson.  

Research Interest

  Mr. Maimon has a B.A. in accounting from the City University of New York and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University, and he is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States (New York State) and Israel
