Dr. Igal Iancu

Biography

 In over 30 years of experience in the computing industry, Dr. Iancu has held various leadership and management positions at Intel Corporation and Philips Healthcare, spanning diverse disciplines including Microprocessor Design, CAD tool design, Information Technology, CT Scanning Technologies as well as Advanced 3D Imaging. These have been applied in multi-national corporate vision and strategy forming, engineering management, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, clinical clients design, as well as user experience design. Most recently, Dr. Iancu led the Intel corporate strategy for the Intel RealSense Technology™ product family, encompassing definition and roadmap for a full range of 3D depth cameras, accompanying software development environment, as well as novel usage for professionals and consumers. Dr. Iancu earned his MD (cum laude) from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
