Dr. Menawat served as the President & CEO and Chairman of the Board of Novadaq Technologies Inc. from April 2003 to July 2016, where he led the company from a start-up to among the top ten fastest growing medical device companies. Dr. Menawat led the company to an IPO in the Canadian TSX and US NASDAQ listing.
