David W. Nassif

Biography

Prior to joining SteadyMed, David served as the President and Chief Financial Officer of Histogen, Inc., a privately-held, regenerative medicine company. Previously he was Chief Financial Officer of Zogenix, Inc., and before that he was the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Licensing at Amphastar, where he was responsible for the acquisition of a marketed product and an inhalation therapy company. From 2000 to 2001, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RealAge, Inc. Prior to that position he fulfilled various roles, including that of Chief Financial Officer, with Cypros Pharmaceutical Corporation.
