Dr. Izhak Bucher is currently affiliated to Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Israel, continuing research in the specialized scientific area of Mechanical Engineering.
Research Interest
Vibration, Dynamics of rotating machinery Experimental identification and modeling of vibrating and rotating machines. Non-contacting measurements, signal processing. Shape optimization of structures, Mechatronics, Dynamics of coupled field systems (electro-magnetic, electro-static). Squeeze-film and Magnetic levitation.
