Dr. Sefi Givli is currently affiliated to Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Israel, continuing research in the specialized scientific area of Mechanical Engineering.

Mechanics of nano-scale biological systems. Muscle mechanics. Protein unfolding. Bi-stable and multi-stable mechanisms. Mechanics of biological (lipid) membranes. Cell motility. Strength and reliability of heterogeneous structures.
