Biography
Colin Price is working as professor in department of Geo Sciences, Tel Aviv University, Israel. He did his PhD in Atmospheric Science, Columbia University, USA and Postdoc from Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. His Research Interests are The connection between global warming and future thunderstorm activity, The propagation of electromagnetic waves (low frequency: ULF, ELF, VLF) in the atmosphere, Severe weather including hurricances, Sprites and other TLEs on Earth, and other planets, ULF precursors related to earthquakes, Measurements of infrasound in the atmosphere, Space weather and the influence of solar storms on the Earth, The connections between biological systems and atmospheric electricity.
