Biography
Guy Feldman, PhD, is a lecturer at the Bob Shapell School of Social Work at Tel Aviv University. Guy’s research is focused on poverty, social welfare policy, and macro practice. He is particularly interested in investigating how the problem of poverty is managed and governed in the face of a changing economic, political, and institutional environment. His research also investigates the opportunities and challenges for achieving meaningful social change in this transformed environment.
