Biography
Faculty of School of Mechanical Engineering, Tel Aviv University, Israel. His current projects are Fracture characteristics of thin-bondline adhesive joints and laminated composites under mode I, mode II and mode III loading, Contact buckling and postbuckling behavior of plate structures, with special emphasis on delamination in laminated composites, Application of moire interferometry to stress concentration problems. Indentation fracture in ceramic multilayers, Micromechanics of dental fracture, Fracture of biological structures.
Research Interest
Experimental and analytical aspects of solid mechanics, with special emphasis on the deformation and fracture of biological structures, composite materials, and adhesively bonded joints.
