Biography

He/She is currently working as a Professor in the Coller School of Management. He/she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. He/She is the member of many international affiliations. He/She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He/she has authored of many research articles/books. 

Research Interest

Versano’s research interests focus on the economic role of information in the business environment, disclosure decisions of managers, accounting regulation, and agency theory. His recent research focuses on the strategic disclosure of information by managers, the costs and benefits of regulating disclosure, and the optimal design of incentive contracts and organizational structures.
