Biography
Yoav Linzon is Senior lecturer of School of Mechanical Engineering, Tel Aviv University. His Research Interests are Micro- and nano- opto-mechanically based systems (MOEMS and NOEMS) are useful due to their potential sensitivity, speed, energy efficiency, density, and in potentially low cost integration in systems. There are several emerging applications of MOEMS/NOEMS in industry standards and advanced R&D settings.
