Biography

"Ms. Sulzberger joined Teva’s Board of Directors in September 2015. Ms. Sulzberger has served as General Partner and Investment Manager of Rustic Canyon/Fontis Partners, L.P., a diversified investment fund, since its inception in October 2005. Ms. Sulzberger has served on the board of directors of Whole Foods Market, Inc. since 2003. From 2004 to 2016 she chaired the audit committee, and she serves as Chairperson of the board of directors from 2017. Ms. Sulzberger serves on the board of directors of Brixmor Property Group since 2015, and currently chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee. She also serves on the board of trustees of the Ford Foundation. Ms. Sulzberger served on the board of directors of Stage Stores, Inc. from 2010 to 2015. She has also served as chief financial officer of several privately owned companies and as a principal in several private equity capital funds. Ms. Sulzberger received a B.A. in urban studies from Princeton University, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Ms. Sulzberger’s entrepreneurial background, years of service as a public company director, including as chair of the audit committee, and her experience as a chief financial officer provides Teva with financial, leadership, strategy and risk assessment expertise."
