Yosef Nitzani

Biography

 Mr. Nitzani served in a variety of management positions at Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank Ltd. Served as Manager of the Private Banking Division and Customer Assets and Manager of the Consulting Division. Prior to that, he served as a director of the Government Companies Authority between 1991 and 1995 and as CEO of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange between 1980  and 1991. Mr. Nitzani served as a director of three subsidiaries of the Migdal Capital Markets Group between December 2009, One of which began in 2010) and until 2013. Mr. Nitzani also served as a director of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and the S & P Maalot rating company between 2001 and 2007, and as a director of Bank Adanim Mortgages between 2006 and 2008. Mr. Nitzani serves as Chairman of the Donations Fund and as a member of the Investment Funds Committee of Tel Aviv University since 2012.
