Biography
Mr. Itschak Shrem serves as Chairman of the Board at Nano Dimension Ltd since April 22, 2014. His work experience includes the following roles: Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at SR Accord Ltd., Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Yaad Consultancy and Management Services (1995) Ltd., Founder of Pitango Venture Capital Fund (formerly Polaris), Partner of Pitango Funds I, II and III, Founder of Dovrat Shrem Ltd., Chief Operating Officer at Clal Israel Ltd., Chairman of the Board of BreedIT Corp., Leader Holdings and Investments Ltd., Polar Communications Ltd. and Sphera Funds Management Ltd., Director at Ormat Industries Ltd., Retalix Ltd., Eden Springs Ltd., Globe Oil Exploration Ltd. and at various other companies. He also serves on the boards of a number of high-profile public institutions, including Tel-Aviv Sourasky Medical Center and Weizman Institute. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and Business Administration from Bar Ilan University and a MBA degree from Tel Aviv University.
