David D. Stevens

Biography

 Mr. Stevens was appointed Chairman and a Non-Executive Director of Wright Medical Group N.V. effective October 2015 in connection with the merger of Wright Medical Group, Inc. and Tornier N.V. Previously, Mr. Stevens served as a Director of Wright Medical Group, Inc. from January 2004 to October 2015 and Chairman from 2009 to October 2015. Mr. Stevens served as interim Chief Executive Officer of Wright Medical Group, Inc. from April 2011 to September 2011. He has been a private investor since 2006. Mr. Stevens was the Chief Executive Officer of Accredo Health Group, Inc., a subsidiary of Medco Health Solutions, Inc., from 2005 to 2006. He was the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Accredo Health, Inc. from 1996 to 2005. Mr. Stevens was the President and Chief Operating Officer of the predecessor companies of Accredo Health from their inception in 1983 until 1996. He is a member of the board of directors of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc., a public company.

 Mr. Stevens previously was a member of the board of directors of Viasystems Group, Inc., a public company from 2012 to 2015, when it was acquired by TTM Technologies, Inc., Medco Health Solutions, Inc., a public company, from 2006 until 2012 when it was acquired by Express Scripts Holding Company, and Thomas & Betts Corporation, a public company, from 2004 to 2012, when it was acquired by ABB Ltd.
