Biography

 "Working with people is part of my way of living" This statement could summarize my personality. I started working abroad since I was 20th; I lived both in UK (London) and in Canada (Montreal - Quebec City). During this period I met a lot of different cultures and ways of living at work that opened my mind.  International environment is, for me, a source of motivation. I have also an innate vocation to customer relationship improved during all my work career. I always try to solve every customer requests and complains building up a true relationship since first time and strengthening it day by day. I used to be a volunteer girl, working with children affected by tumors and helping their relatives. I always try to question myself, looking for continuous improvement.
