Biography

 Managing and supervising the implementation of urban sanitation and early childhood development projects in Odisha, India ensuring that the research design is not threatened during implementation • Managing and training 4 research associates and 1 Technical Consultan:guide them to follow proper research procedures, budgeting, and clearly monitor and report all project activities • Providing support on preparing research proposal, research design, survey • Implementation and monitoring, data management, report writing and dissemination and policy outreach of findings • Liaising with academics, officials, policymakers, donors, partner organizations and other organizations and representing J-PAL in meetings and conferences • Assisting in hiring and negotiations with data and survey companies, preparing project budgets 

Research Interest

 Conducting Systematic Review of education interventions for improving access to, and quality of, education in Low and Middle Income Countries. The review aims to answer questions regarding effectiveness, cost-effectiveness and the barriers to, and facilitators of, effective education interventions.
