Biography

 am a researcher with a strong translational background in different pharmacological fields. Experienced at networking and team working, I am used to work in multicultural environment. I have demonstrated proven ability of quickly mastering new challenges, setting up strategies, and coordinating projects. Main expertise:  • Mass Spectrometry: development and validation of HPLC-MS/MS methods • Working in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines • Writing and Managing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) • Phase 1 trial for the optimization of the therapy in cancer patients • Analysis of pharmacokinetic parameters applied to phase 1 studies • Pharmacokinetic modelling • Association of genetic variations with clinical outcomes/insurgence of toxicities (cancer and HIV-treatment) • Molecular Analysis (e.g. PCR, Real-Time PCR, Pyrosequencing, Taqman assay) • Scientific programming (R) and statistical analysis of large datasets
