Biography
David joined Aesica as Human Resources Director from Catalent, where he held various HR leadership roles and was most recently Divisional HR Director. David has nearly 10 years experience working within a CDMO environment, having led business transformation projects on a global platform. Commercially focused with a wealth of experience and blend of operational and strategic HR, David’s career spans 20 years in best practice environments, PLC and private equity, including roles of Head of HR and Business Partner within regulated industrial and manufacturing organisations
