Biography
Before joining AIMS Germany in 2007 as a Senior Consultant, Peter gathered more than 25 years of international leadership experience, including a career in Human Resources in the industrial sectors of Material Handling, Drives and Automation. He holds a Master in Pedagogy (industrial pedagogy, psychology & media pedagogy) and has proven experience in Search & Selection, Organizational Development, Interim Management and Coaching. Peter’s strength lays in his capability in intercultural adaption and a quick grasp of the needs of his international clients.
