Biography
Adolfo founded Avio Import in 1986 with two associates. In 1986 Adolfo was a minority shareholder, covering the role of Salesman at Avio Import. Adolfo then became Sales Director and started increasing his company shares. 20 years later Adolfo continued his rise and became the majority shareholder of Avio Import, covering the role of CEO and President of the company. In 2009 Adolfo led the merger of Avio Import with AIP Italia, the company owned by Fulvio Scannapieco and Vittorio Genna, creating with them a new company, ALA – Advanced Logistics for Aerospace, established in 2010. Adolfo has been a Board member and Executive Vice President of ALA since 2010.
